R&R Property Inventory Services are a new Company based in Stoke-on-Trent and offer Professional Independent, Inventory, Check-In, Interim and Check-Out services throughout Manchester, Cheshire, Staffordshire, Birmingham and other areas.  Our aim is to provide a specialist service combining a professional standard with a personal touch.  We take great care to meet the needs of both Landlord and Tenant.  The same Clerk that is allocated to you will carry out the Inventory, Check-in, Interim Report (if required) and Check-out at the property, this is so that they will come to know the Landlord, Tenant and the property itself, in this way we are able to offer the ‘Personal Service’ as stated.
 
Knowing the problems and disputes which can arise as a result of an inaccurate report, we  provide comprehensive and unambiguous Inventories and Reports.  We provide dated digital photography as standard  to ensure easy understanding of our comments.
 
We provide all our customers with 'Snagging Reports' on any faults found.
