| Halifax - Lettings (Wolverhampton) have been using R&R Property Inventory Services since February 2009, the Inventories supplied by them are excellent, they are a professional independent company who provide us with a truly professional product, on time, every time. They are members of APIP and the AiiC and as such I know that the standards they have now will continue if not improve even more in the future. Once again R&R many thanks for a job well done. | |

| I contacted R&R when I first set up my Lettings business, although I haven't had the pleasure of working with them a lot I know I will always receive a great service as and when I do. Both Robert, Susan and Robert are always very helpful and informative and I have never had to question anything on their Inventory Reports, they are of good standard and very reasonably priced.

| Quality of service As the owner of the local Martin and Co Franchise and a Landlord myself I fully understand the importance of a professional and independent inventory. It is an essential document for any Landlord that wants to ensure the best chance of a fair outcome where there is a dispute over a deposit at the end of any tenancy. R&R provide my office with an excellent and truly independent inventory and check-in service the quality of which has been praised by both Landlords and Tenants alike. Clearly by providing a professional and fair inventory R&R play an important role in aiding me to manage Landlord's properties effectively. Lettings is a fast moving industry and I have to be demanding of the service provided by key suppliers and so far R&R have met the challenge. Thank you.
